It's quickly approaching 1.5 years since my dad passed away. I can accept the grief pretty well at this point. Most days are good! As it has with others in my life, the feels come and go. Today is a little more come, but that's alright.

Anyway, just wanted to share that because it's normal to still struggle, and it's healthy and fine. Don't let grief stop your life completely, and let life have some grief. It's okay!
