Taking a glance at Fedora 36 Workstation. Seems like it's pretty nice, and Cockpit looks like a killer feature. It's pretty much exactly what I'd want for running one of my servers.

Yeah #fedora 36 is super nice. Redid my home server with it. Super easy setup, seems reasonable secure by default. Cockpit is really nice too.
Sticking with this for a while I think. Ironically running Ubuntu VM's on it lol.
