Taking a glance at Fedora 36 Workstation. Seems like it's pretty nice, and Cockpit looks like a killer feature. It's pretty much exactly what I'd want for running one of my servers.

Yeah 36 is super nice. Redid my home server with it. Super easy setup, seems reasonable secure by default. Cockpit is really nice too.

Sticking with this for a while I think. Ironically running Ubuntu VM's on it lol.
