Workout
Worked up to 2x10 @ RPE 8 on these.
Squats: 225lbs (felt right on target RPE wise)
OHO: 115lbs (was push more like RPE 9.5 at the end, but got it!)
These higher volume sets are killer! Could never be a body builder lol.
Parenting, Food
I used to worry too, but then I read something on one of the major medical websites that, paraphrased, said "your child will eat when they're hungry and not when they aren't. Save for some extreme medical condition, they will never let themselves starve."
This makes so much sense to me it feels absurd to have thought anything else otherwise.
So, offer them lots of food options and often! Also, trust them to know what they want. Don't beat yourself up over amount of food eaten.
Parenting, Food
People are strongly opinionated about parenting in general, but in my experience get especially weird about food. As in, they see an amount a child eats and decides it's right or wrong. I think it's from a good place. They want the kids to be well fed and healthy. It just seems to be hard to judge though.
Networking Tech Question
I've got a Netgear Nighthawk router. It's been good for a while but recently has started to have connectivity issues where the entire router sometimes stops responding until a physical reboot or will sometimes eventually recovers on its own.
Any suggestions for a better setup?

Welp, powered through the main lifts but called it on the accessories tonight. Was getting way too sloppy and exhausted at the end.
Overall not great but better than I thought given my state. Deadlifts 2x6 @ 265lbs, and Push Press 2x6 @ 155lbs.

Weight lifting
I can tell on #deadlifts and rack pulls when I didn't emphasize the lock out properly because my knee hurts (very mildly) afterward. Been good for a while now but got careless today.
Seems like I lock my knees naturally, whereas if I focus on lock out using my hips and glutes my knees don't hurt at all.
